We want to ensure you feel comfortable returning to our facilities. Please be assured that each of our business centres are being sanitized on a regular basis for our guests and tenants’ safety. Our offices and boardrooms are carefully cleaned in between all reservations, tending especially to small accessories such as TV remotes, dry erasers, pens and IT equipment. All common areas such as our waiting rooms and kitchen amenities are tended to hourly, with special attention to frequently touched areas. It is now mandatory that everyone wears a mask in all common areas of our business centre such as the kitchen, washrooms, hallways, etc. We have installed hand sanitizer units throughout our centres, as well as one-time use alcohol wipe dispensers. Our reception desks have plexiglass sneeze-guards to avoid any possible transmission of droplets from person-to-person. Our buildings janitorial services have increased their cleaning protocols, following the use of EPA-approved disinfecting products. Our HVAC air filtering systems are serviced regularly and are constantly flowing fresh clean air. We are conscious of all who enter our facilities. Should we be made aware of a person testing positive for coronavirus, we have developed a protocol that will be immediately implemented. It is our mission to help minimize the spread of COVID-19 and protect our customers. This is an evolving situation so we must all do our part to adjust in a safe, positive and strategic way.
